The simplest method. Dip a strip in your pool water and compare the color to the chart. Test strips are inexpensive and give you a quick reading, but they are less precise than other methods. Good for daily checks.
Liquid Test Kits
The Taylor K-2006 is the gold standard among pool professionals. Liquid reagent tests give you precise readings for pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and more. More accurate than strips but requires a bit more time.
Digital Testers
