By accessing or using the Florida Pool Heroes website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), including our online store and e-commerce platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 2. E-Commerce & Online Store
Our website includes an online store where you may purchase pool supplies, chemicals, equipment, parts, and related products. All orders placed through our e-commerce platform are subject to product availability, pricing accuracy, and our right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2.1 Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment must be made at the time of purchase through the accepted methods displayed at checkout.
2.2 Shipping & Delivery
We offer free local delivery within the Tampa Bay area on orders of $75 or more. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or, for local deliveries, upon delivery to the specified address.
2.3 Returns & Refunds
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Pool chemicals, hazardous materials, and custom-ordered items are non-returnable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
3. Services
Florida Pool Heroes provides pool equipment repair, renovation, and chemical delivery services in the Tampa Bay area. Service appointments, pricing, and availability are subject to scheduling and may vary. Estimates are non-binding unless confirmed in a written service agreement.
4. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Florida Pool Heroes, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
