Brandon covers established pools around Bloomingdale and Valrico that have already been through a pump or two, and newer builds through FishHawk, Providence Lakes and the developments off Lithia Pinecrest that are still on their original builder package. The second group tends to reach us in waves, because a whole street of pools was finished within a season of each other and the equipment ages at the same rate.
On the newer pools the question is usually whether to replace an entry level pump with something the pool should have had originally. On the older ones it is closer to the Carrollwood situation, where the pad has been altered before and the plumbing has to be read rather than assumed.
Brandon is unincorporated Hillsborough County, so any permitted element of a replacement falls to the county rather than a city building department.
We replace pool pumps across Brandon, Valrico, Bloomingdale and the FishHawk area, on original builder equipment and on pads that have already been through a replacement or two.
