The Liberty 253-2 is a powerful and durable 1/3 HP submersible sump pump designed for long-lasting residential use. Featuring a rugged cast iron housing, a thermally protected motor, and a vertical magnetic float switch for automatic operation, it delivers efficient and quiet performance. With a maximum flow rate of up to 34 GPM at 10 feet of head, it’s ideal for sump pits 10" or larger. The 253-2 also includes a 1½" discharge, oil-filled motor, and permanently lubricated bearings for dependable, low-maintenance operation.
